Brief project description: The company OZO konfekcija d.o.o. has implemented the project entitled Increasing Company’s Competitiveness Through the Implementation of Management Systems. The funds for the project were approved as part of the Call for the Implementation of Management Systems and Quality (ISO and similar standards), Call code: KK.03.2.1.14, funded by the European Regional Development Fund. As part of the project, the company implemented quality management, environmental management, and health and safety management systems.

Project Scope and Expected Results: The project results include the issuance of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certificates. Through project implementation, the company improved 5 business processes and increased its competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.

Total Project Value: 117,312.50 HRK
Eligible Costs: 93.850,00 HRK
EU Co-Financing Amount: 60.064,00 HRK
Project Implementation Period: 1st August 2019 to 1st April 2020
